book a mattress collection
Follow steps below:
Add your first item and any additional items to your cart.
Are we collecting your mattresses from KERBSIDE or INSIDE your home? Please select your preferred option.
Please note that an ensemble is actually two separate items (a mattress and a base). A king ensemble is three items (a mattress and two single bases).
Follow the steps to checkout and complete the payment .
Please provide any instructions for the collection.
We will get in touch to arrange a collection date.
Collection day is currently Wednesdays.
Unless you have booked our “In-home collection service”, could you please ensure that your mattress is at the front of your property as close to the street as possible on your collection date? You don’t need to be home.

If you would like to have your mattress collected from within your property, then please select our newly launched IN-HOME COLLECTION SERVICE option.
Please be advised that if your items are not ready for collection when we arrive,
i.e. if someone has taken your mattress, then we cannot provide a refund
….. it is a costly exercise for us as well.
Please note that if you cancel your collection prior to the agreed day, then there is a flat admin fee of $15 deducted for any refunds.
